ARRIVAL

From 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you anticipate or delay your arrival you must contact Puente Romano Beach Suites, using the contact information indicated in the reservation confirmation email; in this way it will be possible to coordinate in a more flexible way.

DEPARTURE

Departure must be before 12:00h. If you want to leave later you must inform Puente Romano Beach Suites at the time of arrival or one day before your departure date, so that we can check availability. If there is availability, you will be able to stay in the apartment until 1:00 p.m. Departures after 1:00 p.m. will be considered as a new stay, and will be charged as an additional day.

IDENTIFICATION

On the day and at the time of check-in, the guest and any accompanying guests must present their national ID card or passport.

It is mandatory to complete the online check-in form in order to provide information to law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable regulations ((Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26, establishing the record-keeping and reporting obligations for individuals and legal entities engaged in the business of providing lodging and renting motor vehicles).

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The number of people staying in the apartment may not exceed the number of people included in the reservation. If this number exceeds the number agreed in the reservation, Puente Romano Beach Suites will apply the corresponding rate for each person added, and provided that the capacity of the apartment allows it and that there are extra beds available.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

CLEANING

The apartments are cleaned only before the guest's arrival. However, a complimentary cleaning service is provided every 6 nights of your stay; for more frequent cleanings, you may arrange this in advance, either before or during your stay, upon payment.

FURNITURE

The client undertakes to maintain the furniture and the contents of the apartment in the same conditions in which they were found upon arrival. In case the client does not comply with the proper use of things, causing damage to the furniture and other facilities, Puente Romano Beach Suites will have the right to require the client an economic compensation in proportion to the damage caused.

BEHAVIOR

Parties inside the apartment are forbidden, as well as loud music. It is important that the client knows that if any scandal, altercation, vandalism, too loud music etc. takes place and for these reasons, the neighbors or other guests complain and call the Police, it will be reason for immediate eviction of the apartment and the dependencies of Puente Romano Beach Suites, whatever time of the day or night. If the client and companions behave in an inappropriate, disrespectful and irresponsible manner, Puente Romano Beach Suites reserves the right to ask the client and companions to leave the apartment immediately, without the right to claim or any type of compensation. This will result in the loss of the remaining stay.

OTHER TERMS

The client must give the key cards to the contact person.

Smoking is prohibited, in accordance with Law 42/2010. 

The company is not responsible for theft that may occur inside the apartment.

Any complaints or claims submitted will be addressed by taking the necessary steps as quickly as possible, with the aim of correcting and resolving any errors.
